This was a very exciting redesign I did for The Jewish Federation Facebook page. I updated our cover photo with a hand drawn font, edited photos to post and tried out new colors for our logo.

LACMA Banner
I created this poster a Graphic Design class I was taking at Art Center College of Design. The assignment was to choose an architect and incorporate aspects of his work into a poster. I chose the Japanese architect, Shigeru Ban, who is best known for creating structures using only paper tubes.

I have always wanted to make GIFs in After Effects. I wanted to make something simple and cute. I used After Effects to animate this drawing, which was done in Illustrator.

Yoobi Poster
During my internship at Yoobi, I designed an in-store poster to encourage kids to read more books during the summer. I wanted to create a poster that was playful, but also conveyed the joy of reading.

Concert Poster
This poster was created for my Essential Typography class at the Art Center. The goal was to dream up a concert, deciding who would perform, where it would be and how long it would last and then design the poster advertising the concert. The poster had to include the lyrics of a song. I choose to make my event a three day concert in the Mayan Riviera with well-known DJ’s such as Calvin Harris, Swanky Tunes, Flume, Avicii, Nero, Kaskade.

Sweatshirt Design
During a European vacation with Contiki, I was given the task of designing the group sweatshirt, which everyone could purchase at the end of the trip. While thinking of all the memories we made together, I came up with the idea of a camera with film coming out of it. What better way to capture our memories than with a camera?

The project for my internship was to design a poster and use the Xerox C800 in order to experiment with clear coating capabilities.

Typography Layout
This Waffle article was done for my Essential Typography class. The challenge was to convey through typographical elements the content of a chosen article. Since I wanted the reader to visually imagine a stack of waffles with maple syrup dripping down, I arranged the font and spacing to project that image.

Typography Poster
This poster was designed to advertise the Essential Typography class at the Art Center. The assignment was to highlight whatever aspects of the class we felt were the most important for a new registrant to know and to convey that information through our typographical choices. Colors usage was limited to Orange, Black and White. For me, what was most important was the name of the class, the fact that it was being offered at Art Center and the course number, so it was easy to find and register online.
